Return and Refund Policy
At Noble Archive, we sell and ship our products to customers across European Union countries. This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws and Shopify Payments requirements.
Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Window) In accordance with EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
Return Shipping We offer free return shipping. If you wish to return an item, please contact us to receive a prepaid return shipping label. There is no cost to you for returning the package.
No Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a refund for the full value of the returned items.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition;

Have all original tags attached;

Be returned in their original packaging.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Items damaged due to customer misuse;

Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) once unsealed.

Note: We do not have "Final Sale" items. All regular merchandise is eligible for return if it meets the condition requirements above.
Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, in accordance with EU regulations.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
